CONSCIALINK is a platform where people can have easy and safe access to alternative and holistic wellness specialists (the ‘’Practitioners’’). Encouraging and supporting people to get personalized ‘help’ from different sectors, Conscialink has been designed to act as an intermediary and bring together Practitioners and people seeking their services (referred to as the ‘’Offerings’’ on the Conscialink platform).  We aim to be as transparent as possible to provide you with the best experience when making your own selection.

By accessing this website www.conscialink.com (hereinafter referred to as the “Website”), the Conscialink mobile application (Apple Store and Google Play) (hereinafter referred to as the “Application”, “App”) and the related websites, offerings, applications or tools (collectively referred to as “Conscialink”; Us”; “we”; “our”, the “Sites”, “Our Services”), you agree to these Terms and Conditions and are bound by them, which are designed to ensure they work for everyone.

These terms of use constitute a legally binding agreement between you and CONSCIALINK LIMITED (hereinafter the “Company”). The Company is duly registered in accordance with the laws of the Republic of Cyprus under registration number ΗΕ416041.  

These terms apply to your use of Conscialink’s Sites, the Offerings and operation of your account. You need to ensure that you have familiarised yourself with these terms prior to using Conscialink’s Sites. By entering our Sites, you acknowledge that you understand and agree to be bound by these terms. If you have any questions about these terms or Conscialink, please contact us directly.

We may change these terms from time to time and at any time and there will be a 15-day notice before the change applies. All changes will become effective from the date that they are posted following the notice expiration and shall be deemed to have been accepted by all users of our Sites as from the time and date that they are posted. The user of Conscialink is under the obligation to read and accept the Terms and Conditions prior to proceeding.

If you do not agree to these Terms of Use, you must not use our Sites.  

Your use of our Sites is also subject to the Privacy Policy and Cookies Policy.

  1. Definitions

‘’Credits’’ means the amount(s) successfully credited in your Conscialink account.

“End-User”; “You”; “you”; “your” means any user of Conscialink who is receiving Offerings from Practitioners by using the Sites, material, information, Offerings and products provided through our Sites, and any person who is on our platform browsing through Offerings and/or messaging users or Practitioners.

‘’Force Majeure’’ means any circumstances not within our reasonable control or contemplation, such as, but not limited to, acts of God, flood, drought, earthquake or any other natural disaster; epidemic or pandemic; terrorist attack, war, threat of war, imposition of sanctions, or embargo; collapse of buildings, fire, explosion or accidents; any labour or trade dispute, strikes, industrial actions or lockouts; any law or any action taken by a government or public authority, including without limitation imposing an export or import restriction, quota or prohibition.

“Offerings” means the sessions, workshops, events, and any other type of service offered by Practitioners to Conscialink users, either in-person, online, live, or in pre-recorded form or in any other form or way that an Offering may be provided.

“Practitioners” means the alternative and holistic wellness specialists holding a ”Practitioner Account” on Conscialink and offer their Offerings, as independent contractors through the Conscialink platform.

“Refund” means a return of credits where Conscialink reasonably deems this is necessary and excludes any monetary return.

“Services”; “Our Services” means the hosting and/or online intermediation services of Conscialink by means of the Conscialink platform which provides access to the Offerings provided by Practitioners in an effort to pave the way and enable access to a more holistic and happy version of the world. These hosting services are distinct and separate from the Offerings of Practitioners.

To access Our Services, you must either create a User Conscialink account or a Practitioner Conscialink account, depending on whether you are an End-user or a Practitioner. The User Account and the Practitioner Conscialink Account shall be collectively hereinafter referred to as the ‘’Conscialink Accounts’’.  

We try to make Conscialink broadly available to everyone, but you cannot use Conscialink if:

Conscialink is a platform which provides you with an opportunity to access a wide range of Offerings by Practitioners in the alternative and holistic field. Conscialink online hosts and provides the access to these professionals as an online intermediation service. We simply act as an online intermediary service provider, a medium that gives both parties enough tools to research and make informed decisions.

2.1 Account Opening

The opening of a User Account is free and it is subject to the present terms and conditions. In order to gain access to, and book the Offering of your choice, you must either select the option to start a free trial (subject to eligibility) or to directly subscribe to one of our available monthly membership plans. One-off purchases of Offerings without a monthly subscription are not possible on Conscialink.

If you register for a free trial, the free trial lasts for 7 days. Free trial users only have access to those Offerings of Practitioners that allow space for free trial users, subject to the Free-Trial Credits cost that that practitioner has set and the user has available. Upon expiration of the free trial you are automatically subscribed to the smallest paid subscription plan.

Access to your account is granted by your designated email address and password. You may change your password at any time.

2.2 Use of Credits

Offerings on the Conscialink platform are booked with credits which are provided when the User purchases their monthly subscription.

The credits you receive for your free trial (the “Free Trial Credits”) can only be used on specific Offerings that Practitioners made available for free trial use. Users who apply a referral code during the sign up process receive additional Free-Trial Credits to start their Conscialink journey. If you wish to book an offering that has not been made available for free trial use, and therefore requires full access credits, you may bypass the free trial and directly subscribe. As a result, you will receive your full access credits and your free trial credits. If free trial credits are not used within the duration of the free trial, these credits roll over to each next month until redeemed.

Depending on the subscription plan you choose and purchase, you will be allotted credits to be used solely to book Offerings each subscription month (the “Full Access Credits”). You can choose how you use your credits across the various Offerings available to you. As with Free Trial Credits, Full Access Credits do not expire at the end of each subscription month, meaning that any credits you do not use during the applicable subscription month will roll over into the next months and can be redeemed at your convenience, unless we expressly communicate otherwise.

Different offerings cost different in terms of credit amount. If an offering costs more credits than the credits available to the user, then the user has the option to either subscribe to a more expensive plan which offers more credits than the one they are already subscribed to, or you can purchase the additional credits as needed. To purchase such additional credits, you will be required to subscribe to at least the smallest monthly subscription plan.     

2.3 Offerings

The list of Offerings as these are provided by the Practitioners through Conscialink (collectively referred to as the “Offerings”) is accessible here. The Conscialink Platform lists the identity and Offerings of Practitioners as these are provided by Practitioners themselves. Conscialink has no authority or control over the information provided by Practitioners. 

Some of the Offerings may be subject to age restrictions. Any such age restrictions will be clearly indicated by Practitioners in the description of their Offerings. Underaged end-users that disregard such age restriction by Practitioners may be denied access and/or entry to such Offering. If they are denied access and/or entry on this ground, they shall be entitled to a partial credits refund.

You are requested to responsibly select an Offering in accordance with your own preferences. Conscialink helps you make your personal responsible decision by being as transparent as possible. This is achieved through having available to you as many details and tools as possible in order to have a completed, objective and informed decision when choosing your Practitioner. You acknowledge that your selection was freely concluded by you without any external factors, encouragement or inducement.

We do our best to assess every Practitioner who uses our Sites before their profile is listed on the Platform. We apply every method available to us in order to minimize any risks and to discourage any misrepresentation, misleading information and/or any kind of improper conduct

Use Outside Cyprus: The Offerings on Conscialink’s Sites are made available by Conscialink from Cyprus and, regardless of Your place of residence, your use of them is governed by the law of Cyprus. Conscialink makes no promotion or representations that the Practitioner’s Offerings are appropriate or legal to be received in other countries or in all jurisdictions. Those who access, use or are listed on the Sites from other countries are doing so at their own risk and are responsible for compliance with local law. You consent to the transfer and processing of Your data in Cyprus and any other jurisdiction throughout the world. Please see our Privacy Policy for more information on how we temporarily store, use and transfer your data.

2.4 Messages, Bookings and Reviews

If you are interested in knowing more about a particular Offering, you may contact the Practitioner by sending a private in-app message regarding the Offering(s) that are offered. Through this particular feature, you can discuss with the Practitioner about booking a session and you can request further details about the Offering. You may book the Offering with the Practitioner at a specific date and time by selecting ‘Book the Offering’.

Conscialink gives you the flexibility to select whether you prefer to have the meeting in person or online (subject to Practitioner’s availability). If you choose to have the meeting in person, this will be subject to the location of the Practitioner. In the case you select an online meeting, the platform provides you the option to hold the session through Viber, WhatsApp, Zoom or Google meet. For a session via Viber and Whatsapp, Conscialink will request from you your phone number. For a session through Google meet and Zoom, you will be requested to provide your e-mail address. More details on how we process your personal data can be found in our Privacy Policy.  

Offering availability in terms of time and location are subject to the geolocation of the Practitioner which provides the Offering. Offering time slots are also shown in the time zone of the Practitioner. For example, if a Practitioner provides their Offering in Cyprus, the Offering will be available during Cyprus times and locations if this is not an online session, despite of Your geolocation. You are highly urged to scroll through all available offerings and their time slots with the app’s feed to ensure that there are available offerings within your own logical and accessible time frame, before deciding to purchase a subscription.

Conscialink, in its attempt to create a safe space, allows every End-user to leave a review of their experience with a Practitioner and their Offering at any time. You can give a brief description, write your personal experience with the Practitioner and post your feedback. This can also be done on an anonymous basis. The option of writing a review for the Practitioner is only available to End-users who have personally experienced their Offerings by booking them through the Conscialink app. Conscialink aims to keep a safe balance on the reviews and we do our best to exclude any external motives, factors or unfairness.

If you wish to cancel an Offering you have booked, please contact us at [email protected] and we will cancel your booking subject to our credit refund policy in section 5.

2.5 Practitioner Information

Each Practitioner will be requested to provide certain information which is visible to you. This includes a photo of the Practitioner, the Offerings they provide and a brief description of the Offerings, the place of business / location, and whether group bookings are available.

To ensure satisfaction, Practitioners describe and clarify the kind, level and all the necessary particulars and details of the Offering to be provided so as to avoid any disappointments or dissatisfactions. You may also view the reviews of the Practitioners at all times as these are posted from Users who have previously used their Offerings.

2.6 Modifications to the Offerings
Conscialink reserves the right at any time and from time to time to modify or discontinue, temporarily or permanently, the Offerings on its Sites with or without notice. You may receive an email notifying you of any potential updates on the Terms and Conditions.

Conscialink shall not be liable to you or to any third party for any modification, price change, suspension or discontinuation of your account or any Conscialink features or function.

You, as an End-User, must sign up for a User Conscialink account to access, discuss, view and/or book the Offerings through Conscialink (collectively hereinafter referred to as the “User Account”).

We collect some basic information so as to identify the individual who is interested in the Offerings such as, name, username, password, email, phone number and country. Alternatively, you can open a User Account by logging in through your Facebook account, Google account or Apple account.  

We further collect a few information for a better user experience, which refer to the user’s personal preferences, demographics and psychographics.

Your account may only be used by 1 (one) individual and the maximum people that are allowed to use a single profile is 1 (one).

Subscription plans are available within the app here. To view and compare plans and pricing you can click on the credits icon at the top of the explore page, the credits icon at the top of their profile, or simply visit the “my subscription” section.

Subscriptions will automatically be charged once a month on the date you first subscribed.   

Your payment information may be updated through the App store from which you have downloaded our App from.

We reserve the right to change our subscription plans from time to time. If you do not wish to accept the changes to your subscription plan, you can cancel your subscription before the change takes effect.

You can also cancel your Conscialink subscription at any time. In both circumstances, the credits you have accumulated will be accessible for you to use after cancellation, even after the end of your billing period.

Credit Refund Policy

Monetary payments made are non-refundable. Conscialink only offers Credit refunds in the conditions expressly provided for in these Terms and in extraordinary circumstances as these will be assessed and determined at Conscialink’s sole discretion. Whether a reason for refund qualified as an “extraordinary circumstance” will be assessed on a case-by-case basis.

5.1 Booking & Offerings Cancellation

Full Credit refunds shall only be available for the following circumstances:

Any other request for a credit refund will be subject to the discretion of Conscialink as this will be assessed on a case-by-case basis. Such assessment shall be based on multiple factors such as, but not limited to, any expenses incurred by the Practitioner for hosting the Offering. Conscialink shall communicate its decision for the refund request via email.

Any Credit refunds to be provided by Conscialink directly will take 5 business days. We ask you to wait until the specified timeframe for the credit to be returned to your account before proceeding with any other action.

5.2 Technical Failure

If there is a technical failure from your end and/or from the Practitioner’s end with disconnections or other technical malfunction occurring at 60% or less of the session you would be entitled to partial credit refund. The credit amount to be refunded is at the sole discretion of Conscialink depending on a case-by-case basis. It is clarified that in order for you to be entitled to such credit refund, the relevant proof for such technical failure must be provided.

5.3 Subscription Cancellation

Any refunds requested for a cancelled subscription is outside the scope of Conscialink’s control and is subject to the discretion of the relevant application store from which the App is downloaded.

We will provide access to Conscialink and do our best to ensure that both the Website and the Application operate reliably and consistently. We do not guarantee however that they will operate uninterrupted without any faults. To ensure your satisfaction, we regulate situations when there is a technical failure from the user’s or the professional’s end and/or for disconnections.   

Further if you are unhappy with an Offering provided by a Practitioner through Conscialink you can communicate this to us through our Complaints Procedure as in Section 9, we will carefully examine this case in order to resolve this issue.

We are not responsible for any losses suffered by you as a result of: any interruption of Conscialink on however caused; hacking or cyber-attack of the Sites; suspension or termination of your access to the Sites or cancellation of your account; your use of the Sites.

We provide these services to you and others to help advance our mission of paving the way towards a more holistic and happy version of the world. In exchange, we need you to make the following commitments.

You are responsible for ensuring that no unauthorized access is obtained through your account. You will be exclusively liable for all activities conducted through your account whether or not authorized by you, until the time we are notified of such unauthorized use.


If we have reason to believe that you are breaching the security or you are misusing the Sites, we may suspend your account without notice.

Conscialink also provides you the facility to report any other Conscialink user. Conscialink will investigate and will at its sole discretion and upon reasonable cause decide whether the reported account holder is in breach of any of the Terms and Conditions.

You may not create alternate accounts for any purpose whatsoever. In case Conscialink suspects the creation of such alternate accounts, it reserves the right at its sole discretion to terminate any of your active accounts without any notification to you.     

You are responsible for:

You agree to use Conscialink only for lawful purposes and in a way that does not infringe the rights of, restrict or inhibit anyone else’s use and enjoyment of Conscialink.

We want people to use Conscialink as an easy access to Practitioners who can help them ‘nourish’ and ‘rejuvenate’ their wellbeing, but not at the expense of the safety and well-being of others or the integrity of our community. You therefore agree not to engage in the conduct described below (or to facilitate or support others in doing so).

Conscialink wishes to create a safe and secure space for its Users. By agreeing to these Terms you are also agreeing that, when using Conscialink, you will follow the following rules. It is strictly prohibited to use Our Services tο:

The above-mentioned examples constitute illegal content and actions which violate our code of conduct. It is intended to be an indicative and non-exhaustive list.

If you violate these rules, we have the right to stop providing the Offerings on our Sites to you and immediately close or suspend your Conscialink account as per our terms on Termination and Suspension. When investigating alleged violations of these Terms and Code of Conduct, Conscialink reserves the right to review the violation in order to resolve the issue. However, we cannot monitor on an ongoing and continuous basis the Site and Offerings and make no attempt to do so.

If you come across any suspicious information, data, or profiles on our Sites that violate our code of conduct we highly suggest that you report this to us through our Complaints Procedure in Section 9 and we will take immediate action.  

If you have any questions and/or complaint relating to Conscialink or the Offerings and/or Practitioners, or wish to report any illegal content or activities, you should contact us through the “contact us” section in the App and submit the issue, or through email at [email protected]

We aim to provide a written response to all complaints made through the “Contact Us” Section  as rapidly as possible and  complaints made by emails directly within 20 (twenty) business days.

Conscialink in its sole discretion, has the right to suspend or terminate your account and refuse any and all current or future use of your account for any reason at any time. Following such decision, you will be provided with a statement of our reasons for doing so.

Such termination will result in the termination of the access to your accounts, the deactivation or deletion of your account, and the forfeiture and relinquishment of all content in your account. Conscialink reserves the right to refuse the opening of a User Account to anyone for any reason at any time.  

In case your account is reported, each case will be considered individually and at Conscialink’s sole discretion. Conscialink reserves the right in its sole discretion to terminate, suspend and/or restrict a User Account where this is found to be in breach of these Terms and Policies, and you will be provided with a Statement of reasons for our decision. 

You further acknowledge that we may terminate, suspend or restrict your access to the Sites at any time at our absolute discretion.

The aim of Conscialink is to provide easy access to Practitioners who could promote a lifestyle that is grounded, balanced and fulfilling. We solely provide you with information that will enable you to make your own autonomous and informed decision that you feel comfortable with. We strongly recommend to you to look into the reviews a Practitioner has, and to message Users who have already experienced the Offerings of that Practitioner by using the message function in the review section of the Practitioner or the Practitioner itself who can clarify and resolve any of your enquiries.

You understand that when using Conscialink, you will be exposed to different Offerings and Practitioners, the accuracy, usefulness or safety of which Conscialink does not endorse or take responsibility for. The Offerings made available via Conscialink are provided by Practitioners, not Conscialink. Conscialink does not assume any liability or make any warranties of any kind, express or implied, arising out of, in connection with or with respect to the Practitioners and/or Offerings through Conscialink. You agree that your use of Conscialink and attendance at, participation in, purchase and/or use of any Offerings is solely based on your own personal, fully-responsible and well-informed decision, at your own risk.

You should not treat the information that circulates on the Sites as any form of inducement, encouragement, psychological, emotional or medical advice. Conscialink is not liable for the content, advice, validity, information, suggestions, encouragement or guidance provided by Practitioners. Conscialink does not represent and is not affiliated with the Practitioners in any way. Practitioners are not employed by Conscialink and Conscialink is not responsible for any of their actions and/or omissions during the course of any Offerings. Conscialink shall not be liable for any direct or indirect consequences of the Offerings that are provided by the Practitioners including, but not limited to, their quality, effectiveness, efficiency, accuracy, safety in general or its suitability and satisfaction for your purposes. By agreeing to these terms you agree that your decision to receive an Offering from a Practitioner listed on our Sites was a result of your own free will, based on your well-informed decision, having reviewed all the relevant information which was made available to you when making the decision. You agree that Conscialink is not liable for any damages of any kind for any reason arising out of, or related to, acting on information or advice of a Practitioner listed on the Sites or any consequences arising by maliciously using the messages option on our Sites.

Conscialink is putting reasonable efforts to evaluate the Practitioner accounts before they are listed on the platform, regularly checks any reports by the users or Practitioners and regularly checks the feedbacks that have been posted.  Conscialink will not be responsible if you rely or act upon any information which is offered by the Practitioners listed on the Sites. Conscialink does not guarantee that Practitioners selected by the users satisfies their needs and that the information offered by Practitioners is valid, safe and/or accurate. Therefore your feedback and reviews are important to us to ensure that high quality Practitioners are promoted to the users of our platform. More specifically, we assume no liability as regards any loss or damage caused as a result of an individual listed as a  Practitioner through false information and/or misrepresentations.

We will exercise professional diligence in providing access to the Offerings on our Site to you and in keeping a safe and secure environment. Provided that we have acted with care and professional diligence, we do not accept responsibility for any damages and/or losses (except those caused by our own breach of these Terms or otherwise by our acts); losses that are not reasonably foreseeable by you and us at the time of entering into these Terms and events beyond our reasonable control (a ‘’Force Majeure’’ event).

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, in no event shall Conscialink, its affiliates and partners be liable under the law of tort (including negligence), contract or otherwise for any direct, indirect, punitive, incidental, special, consequential damages or any damages whatsoever including but not limited to damages for personal injury, death, damage to property, loss of use, data or profits, misuse of the system arising out of or in any way connected with the use or performance of the Sites, or otherwise out of your use of Conscialink, the delay or inability to use the Sites, Offerings or related services, the provision of or failure to provide Offerings or for any information, software, products, services and related graphics obtained through the site, or otherwise arising out of the use of any site, whether based on contract, tort, negligence, strict liability, or otherwise, even if Conscialink or any of its partners have been advised of the possibility of damages. Conscialink, its affiliates and partners accept no liability for any kind of damage or loss arising out of, or in any way connected with the use or performance of the Sites.

If you do not agree with any portion of the Sites or with any terms of use, your sole and exclusive remedy is to stop using the application or delete your account. 

Nothing in these terms excludes or limits Conscialink’s (or its affiliated companies’, contractors’, subcontractors’, directors’, officers’, employees’, agents’, third party suppliers’ or licensors’) liability that we may have to you by operation of applicable law, including liability for death or personal injury arising from our own negligence or fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation. However, we accept no liability for the negligence of third parties such as Practitioners, including any liability as to anything which may arise during, and at any place, where in-person or online classes or sessions or offerings in general, take place.

You agree to indemnify, defend and hold harmless Conscialink and our parent, subsidiaries, affiliates, partners, officers, directors, agents, contractors, licensors, service providers, subcontractors, suppliers, and employees, harmless from any claim or demand, including reasonable attorneys’ fees, made by any third-party due to or arising out of your breach of these Terms or the documents they incorporate by reference, or your violation of any law or the rights of any third-party.

As a consumer, you will benefit from any mandatory provisions of the law of the country in which you are resident. Nothing in these terms and conditions, affects your rights as a consumer to rely on such mandatory provisions of local law.

We own, control or have the right to use and provide the Website and the Application and all content on or from these such as data, text, images, articles, photographs and illustrations.

Conscialink owns and has trademarked both the name and the logo in all countries of the world. You may not use the name “Conscialink”, “CL” “ConsciaLink”, “conscialink” or its logo in any color for any use.

Conscialink’s services, content, visual interfaces, information, graphics, design, compilation, computer code, products, software, services, including the mobile device applications, and all other elements of the Conscialink’s services (collectively, the “Materials”) are protected by the United States, United Kingdom, Canada, Europe and Australia copyright, patent, trademark laws, international laws and conventions, and all other relevant intellectual property and proprietary rights, and applicable laws. All materials contained in Conscialink are the property of Conscialink or its subsidiaries or affiliated companies and/or third-party licensors. All trademarks, service marks, and trade names displayed on Conscialink are proprietary to Conscialink or its affiliates and/or third-party licensors. Except as expressly authorized by Conscialink under this Agreement, you agree not to sell, license, distribute, copy, modify, publicly perform or display, transmit, publish, edit, adapt, create derivative works from, or otherwise use the Materials.

You may not display or distribute the content of any part of Conscialink’s sites or its content with any third-party or in public, including any reproduction in any form on the Internet, without our express permission.

Any infringement of our intellectual property rights will be fully enforced under Cyprus law.

  1. Your information

At Conscialink, we value your privacy and strive to maintain a secure environment for your personal data. However, it is essential for you as a user to also take the necessary precautions for safeguarding your privacy, location, and personal information.

We collect the content, communications and other information that you provide when you use Conscialink, including when you sign up for an account, create or share content and message or communicate with others. Such information includes, but is not limited to, your IP address, your usage statistics, location and messages between You and Practitioners or other Users. Access to the above are for the limited purpose of operating and providing our Services. We will also record your contact details and any related personal details that you supply.

While we make every effort to protect your data, Conscialink cannot be held liable for any incidents related to personal information and personal circumstances which occur outside our reasonable control. By taking proactive measures, together we can create a safer and more secure user experience.

Conscialink will not be using any information shared during the any Offerings. Offerings (both on-line and in-person) will not be recorded by Conscialink.

If you received an email from us this means your email address is listed with us either:

(a) As someone who has expressly shared this address for the purpose of receiving information from us, or;  

(b) You have created an account with us or;

(c) You have breached these Terms or any of our policies.  

Each email we send you contains an easy, automated way for you to unsubscribe from our mailings. To unsubscribe simply follow the instructions at the end of any email. If you unsubscribe, you will no longer receive emails from us. (Note: We retain the right to email you in the case of critically important information. For example, our system is about to change in a way that may cancel your actively used account. We assume you’d like to know about information as important as this. We expect this type of email will be few and far between, if ever.)

You may at any time make a written request to see any personal information that we hold or to ask us to correct any mistakes in that information.

  1. Accuracy of content and information

Conscialink contains content generated by different individuals, both Practitioners and Users. The content displayed on the Sites is provided for general information purposes only.  It is not set up to provide specific advice on which you should rely on.

If any links to other websites appear on Conscialink, we accept no responsibility or liability for the content of that website (whether under our control or otherwise). Conscialink does not promote the clicking of links presented in the app as we cannot verify their safety. Any link in the Platform is not intended to be, nor should be construed as, an endorsement of any kind by us.

We may subcontract to any third party all or part of our rights and obligations under these Terms.

These terms are governed by Cyprus law and any legal action against us must be taken in a Court of Cyprus. Regardless of your place of residency, your use of Conscialink is governed by the laws of Cyprus.

If you or any third parties’ access Conscialink from outside Cyprus, this is done at the user’s own risk and the user is responsible for complying with the laws in the place where they access Conscialink. We make no representations that the services provided through Conscialink are appropriate for use in other locations or are legal in all jurisdictions. Those who access or use the Sites from other locations do so at their own risk and are responsible for compliance with local law.

By entering into this Agreement or otherwise, Conscialink does not consent to the jurisdiction of any courts other than Cyprus courts and reserves the right to contest that it is not subject to the jurisdiction of any other court.
